What Track Ops collects
We collect information you provide when creating or managing an account, including your name, email address, phone number, profile information, vehicle details, vendor business information, and account credentials. Track and event activity may include registrations, tickets, waivers, inspections, check-ins, RFID tags, purchases, and payment status.
If you use Community, we process posts, comments, photos, reactions, shares, connections, reports, and blocked-account choices. Camera and photo-library access is used only when you choose to scan a code or upload an image.
How information is used
We use this information to operate event registration and admission, process real-world purchases, support track safety and inspections, deliver account and ticket emails, maintain Community, prevent abuse and fraud, provide support, and comply with applicable legal obligations.
Service providers and track operators
Relevant information is shared with the track operating an event so it can plan attendance, verify tickets, complete check-in and inspections, and provide support. We also use service providers for hosting and storage, email delivery, electronic waivers, social sign-in, payment processing, and Apple or Google Wallet passes. Payment credentials are handled by the selected payment provider; Track Ops stores transaction references and payment status needed to fulfill and support an order.
Community safety
Community content may be automatically screened and may be reviewed when reported. Reports and moderation decisions are available only to authorized platform administrators. Blocking another driver removes the connection and hides both accounts from one another in Community.
Retention and deletion
You can permanently delete your account from Account & security in the Track Ops app. Personal profile and Community data are removed or anonymized and active sessions are revoked. Limited purchase, waiver, inspection, attendance, fraud-prevention, and safety records may be retained when reasonably required for legal, accounting, dispute, or operational obligations.
Security and choices
We use access controls, encrypted network connections, password hashing, and revocable mobile sessions. You may update your password and profile, manage Community connections and blocks, report content, or request help using the controls provided in Track Ops.
Children
Track Ops is not directed to children under 13. If you believe a child provided personal information without appropriate consent, contact us so we can investigate and remove it.
